Recovering from being sick so just doing some light weights at home. Here’s a fun tip I’ve picked up from the gym: try standing under a 💡 while lifting or flexing. The shadows will enhance your muscles. People will always have opinions on how you should be living your life, instead of just living theirs. Ignore them, trust me. 🫶🏽 Putting on muscle makes me feel good. I like feeling strong and I like feeling safe in public spaces.
